INS Issues Visa to Dead Terrorists

Exactly six months after Mohammed Atta and Marwan Al-Shehhi flew planes into the World Trade Center, the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) sent letters to their Florida flight school approving their visas. The Huffman Aviation International was surprised to receive the visas for the dead terrorists along with permission by the US government to take flight lessons.
The problem? There are 37 US law enforcement agencies - most of which do not communicate with each other. President George W. Bush was apparently so furious he wanted to scrap the agency.
